Dr. Amaryllis Scott completed her orthopaedic residency in New York City at the Hospital for Joint Diseases. In addition, she completed fellowships in reconstructive shoulder surgery in New York City and sports medicine at the University of Utah. She specializes in treating patients with all types of shoulder and knee problems, from simple sprains to severe arthritis of the shoulder and complex ligament ruptures of the knee.
Dr. Scott is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Additionally, she is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery, with expertise including arthroscopy and knee ligament reconstruction. Her specialties also focus on rotator cuff repair, total shoulder replacements, and osteochondral transplants for cartilage defects of the knee.
