Dr. Bryan S. Mitchell, M.D. is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned his medical degree from Dartmouth College. Following his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, he completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine in Aspen, Colorado.  He has published and presented his research interests at the local, national, and international levels.

His orthopaedic practice specializes in Sports Medicine. He provides state of the art treatment for Sports Traumatology, Shoulder Arthroscopy and Reconstruction, Knee Cartilage and ACL procedures, and Hip Arthroscopy. His desire is to develop a close relationship with some of the local universities and high schools in their sports programs. He’s been the team physician for several professional sports teams located in Rochester, New York. In addition, he has worked extensively with elite individual athletes and events such as cycling and skiing in Aspen including World Cup Skiing and Winter X Games.

Dr. Mitchell’s goal is to provide comprehensive care, individualized solutions, and realistic treatment plans that meet the needs of his patients.
